I always made a claim to this question by saying I was on I-45 coming back from splashtown...but after my research today, I found out the scam went down in november...so, i'm not quite sure if that is correct. But i'm pretty sure I was in the car on I-45 just north of splashtown. It was an aweful moment in history.-v

I'm pretty sure I heard about it a school during some juicy gossip sessions in my fifth grade classroom...since my parents didn't let me watch me watch much TV around that age nor let me read Teen Magazine. It was pretty hard to believe, but it didn't make me stop making up dorky dances to there one hit song.

What do you mean by "wasn't real"? I'm still hoping that they will launch a come-back tour.

Actually, I heard that in honor of the 15 year anniversary of this event, the ever-hip Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream created a flavor after them in 2005. You guessed it -- "Milli Vanilli-a". Turns out that when you opened it, though, it was some cheap imitation, low-fat ice cream made with Equal. THAT AIN'T REAL!!

...Some people make up dorky dances; other people, less courageous, just make up dorky jokes...

i'm dang sure of where i was when i re-discovered that Milli Vanilli was AWESOME!!! last year at half-price books in college station, i bought milli vanilli AND the new kids on the block ON CASSETTE for 50 cents each...the same day! i think i got an Ace of Base cd at the same time. that cd is in my car right now.
