Just incase any of you were wondering why my blogging streak ended, it's b/c I was in the hospital for 4 days. It all began 2 Fridays ago when I was using a carpet cleaner to clean out the new, but old, Jeep Grand Wagoneer Woody (that's for another blog)...I was fine until about 2 hours later when I started itching and feeling hot...then I started noticing rashing on my arms and stomach...and my throat felt like it was closing up. I've never had an allergic reaction, but my mom has and this was sounding similar, so I told Ross to take me to the ER thinking they would give me a shot and I'de be fine. We went to the ER and they did just that and I was just fine when I left. In the middle of my sleep that night, I woke up to the two worst things that come out both ends (sorry for that picture) and a rash that was even worse. I also had really bad stomach pain and I pretty much described how I felt to Ross with a cuss word. That morning I went to the doctor...he gave me prescriptions...I got really bad while waiting for Ross to get them filled--I had the rash everywhere...legs, feet, hands, arms, face, neck....it looked like raised bugbites that had merged together. Ross got home with the med and of course, I couldn't keep them down, so it didn't get any better. We went back to the doctor, he gave me shots, I got better and he sent me home. I got home and it got bad again, so the doctor told me to go back to the ER...I did and they kept me there for 3 more days. I got worse until Monday when my body just decided to be done with it and it all cleared up and I felt better and I went home on Tuesday. Ross was very good at being there for me while I was a poofy mess--it must have been boring b/c I just slept the whole time. No one ever found out what was wrong with me. The 'Virus Specialist' who saw me (if you can even call him that) tried to diagnose me with the Parvo Virus (which is what dogs gets)...but the results came THIS WEEK negative. I tried to tell him it was the carpet cleaner but he just disreguarded it. Weird. Here are some pictures, enjoy.....

Me with a poofy face eating my only solids on the 'clear' diet. I was going to hit someone if they brought that chicken broth one more time.

Woolfy was there in support.
