how does she keep that on her plate?

Yeah, incredible...huh? It's because of the wall that she has built of pineapple...I've also seen walls of cucumber. So she builds the wall layer by layer and then will put salad inside the fortress. Crazy, huh?

It's like a cucumber fortress of solitude. . . .or something. A salad seems to be something that would become a challenge among friends. See who can make it bigger. . . I'm pretty sure I would win. I mean, I DO have a degree in Agricultural Development. We practically spent every class preparing for just an occassion.

Seth, I officially challenge you to a "Salad Fortress Duel". The object of the game is to see who can build the largest, sturdiest salad fortress. Of course, to partake in the festivities you will have to come on over to Chiner. If you do, I will even buy your salad for you...what do you say? Oh yeah, you might want to bring your own salad dressing...the stuff they have is just mayonnaise. GROSS!

Way make salad building a huge deal and get people all pumped up about it. Some people take on abortion, social injustices, political intregrity issues, but the Funky Rockstars tackle the real issues. I like yo style ;-)
