So, on my way to work the other day, I was listening to NPR & a story was on about the tortilla crisis in Mexico. Apparently, the price of tortillas has gone up over 50% & it's a major deal. I was half way interested in this story until I heard the reporter say, "The average Mexican eats 10 tortillas A DAY!" This was the shock of the week! I thought for she probably said per household...so I went to the website & found out it is infact 10 per person per day!!!! I mean, is it healthy to eat 10 of any one thing a day? Can someone please give me some insite to the possible nutritional value of tortillas? I mean, I probably eat one a month..am I missing out?

I learned how to make tortillas while I was in China. Maybe I just found myself a great job opportunity!
You listen to NPR, V? I'm so proud. I love all the random stories like that. I missed the tortilla story, I'll have to get a listen later...
If I am not mistaken, I remember a night at 74B Elk Lane where a certain Vanessa Voelker (at the time) and Kelly Miller attacked me in the shower with tortillas...that's right kids, in the freakin shower! And if that wasn't enough, I turned off my lights to get in bed and when I did I found myself between the sheets with at least 25 tortillas!!! Maybe that's what these people do, they have tortilla wars!
